About The Position

Superica Strawberry Hill is seeking a General Manager to lead its restaurant team. The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations in an open, positive, and approachable manner. The role monitors the restaurant as a whole, controls seating, oversees menu changes, and hires, trains, and develops staff. The General Manager monitors team service and performance and anticipates guests’ needs to help ensure their total satisfaction. The role also leads daily meetings and fosters an educational, positive work environment. Superica serves Tex-Mex cuisine for brunch, lunch, and dinner in an Old-West-inspired setting in Charlotte’s Strawberry Hill neighborhood. Requirements

10 years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, including five years in senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations in an open, positive, and approachable manner.
Monitor the restaurant in its entirety.
Control seating and oversee menu changes.
Hire, train, and develop staff.
Monitor team service and performance.
Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively support their satisfaction.
Lead daily meetings.
