About The Position

Five Guys is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team and deliver a strong customer experience. The role calls for restaurant-industry leadership, accountability for financial results, high standards, and a focus on creating a positive workplace. The starting pay is $65,000–$70,000 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonus rewards. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and do not have drive-thrus.
