Requirements

Strong leadership experience in hotel operations (GM, AGM, or similar).
A track record of driving results—both people and financial.
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.
The ability to balance the big picture with the day-to-day details.
A hands-on leadership style—not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of their work.
Lead by example, celebrating wins and supporting the team during busy moments.
Oversee all day-to-day operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
Monitor hotel performance, identify areas for improvement, and use data (occupancy, RevPAR, guest scores) to drive decisions.
Set the standard for warm, responsive, and genuine guest service.
Resolve guest issues quickly and thoughtfully.
Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create memorable stays.
Manage the hotel budget and financial performance.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue and manage costs.
Partner with the sales team to drive business.
Build relationships within the local community.
Represent the hotel with pride, both internally and externally.
Collaborate with partners, clients, and brand teams.
