About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm daily. The General Manager will be responsible for early morning baking and opening, ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, and providing an exceptional customer experience. During peak hours, the GM will support the team in all positions, manage breaks, and drive positive customer survey results. Post-closing tasks include store cleanup and preparation for the next day, with administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and inventory managed efficiently. The role includes 5 weeks of training to prepare for these responsibilities.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
Ability to recruit quality team members and develop internal talent.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
