About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for its location at 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville. The General Manager oversees all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective use of resources while driving business growth and profitability. The role involves leading and developing the team, managing financial performance, maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, and reporting business performance, challenges, and opportunities to upper management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Experience in performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency with business management software and the MS Office suite.
