Requirements

Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
Several years of experience in a general management, business unit leadership, or comparable entrepreneurial leadership role
Proven operational and strategic leadership experience in the United States
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation
Hands-on leadership style with high initiative and ownership
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the operational and financial management of the U.S. site, including P&L ownership
Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and regular reporting to the headquarters in Germany
Ensure efficient production and business processes to meet all customer requirements on time
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, authorities, service providers, and other stakeholders
Lead and develop the local management team and employees in close collaboration with group leadership
