Requirements

  • Multi‑location leadership experience — Proven success managing multiple sites and guiding teams toward a shared hospitality vision.
  • Strategic and systematic thinking — Ability to articulate strategy, execute plans, and support long‑term growth across the café and broader market.
  • Strong leadership presence — Skilled at managing, leading, and communicating with teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Hospitality and service expertise — Keen attention to detail and the ability to elevate service standards in a high‑profile environment.
  • Executive‑level client relations — Polished communication, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with senior partners.
  • Proven operational results — Demonstrated success managing labor, expenses, targets, and client satisfaction in progressive, chef‑driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 5 years Minimum Functional Experience
