About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience with demonstrated success leading teams and driving operational excellence.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Strong leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, and engaging teams to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing financial results, and implementing strategies to drive business performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Adaptable and results-oriented leader with the ability to manage change, solve complex challenges, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
