Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in high-end corporate dining, hospitality, or upscale food service operations
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance
  • Expertise in client relationship management and executive-level service
  • Experience with New York City Department of Health regulations and inspection processes
  • A background in fine dining, executive dining, or luxury hospitality environments
  • Passion for culinary innovation and knowledge of current New York dining trends
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A track record of developing engaged, high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, high-touch client relationships
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented culinary and service team
  • Driving operational excellence across café, catering, executive dining, and coffee service programs
  • Managing financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Delivering elevated private dining and executive-level hospitality experiences
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety standards, including NYC Department of Health regulations and grading requirements
  • Partnering with culinary teams to create innovative, trend-forward menus that reflect New York City's vibrant dining scene
  • Maintaining a culture of exceptional service and continuous improvement
