About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The manager must set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same. The role also includes operational, staffing, training, food preparation, cleaning, and customer service duties. A neat, well-groomed appearance is mandatory. Further information will be provided at the time of interview and/or hiring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities during the shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash control, and food management.
• Maintain customer relations and provide great customer service.

• Operate equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients and receive and process phone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility; wash dishes and clean the store as directed.
• Provide daily training and orientation.
• Create schedules and manage staffing.
• Answer phones, take orders, fold boxes, and prep food.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
