About The Position
The General Manager role is described as similar to the Assistant Manager position. The job includes operating equipment; handling and storing ingredients; preparing products; taking customer orders; cleaning equipment and the facility; and delivering products to customers. The manager is accountable for product accuracy, inventory, labor, employee productivity, and cash handling. They also coach and train employees and maintain a clean, professionally run store. Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
- Deliver products by car to customers' doors.
- Ensure food and product accuracy and maintain inventory accountability.
- Maintain labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle cash and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
- Coach and train employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
