About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the success of the store and the development of its team. This hands-on leadership role involves leading daily operations, coaching employees, and ensuring customers receive the quality and service associated with Domino’s. The role is based in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Compensation consists of a base salary based on store sales volume plus a bonus.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be confident leading by example and delegating effectively.
• Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Have solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Be flexible to work weekends and opening or closing shifts.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may not be permitted under company policy.
