About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, profitability, and customer relations. The role requires setting a positive example, following company policies and procedures, and expecting the crew to do the same. Additional duties may include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining company standards and store cleanliness, providing great customer service, punctual attendance, transportation to and from work, and local store marketing. The Assistant Manager must work well with team members and other store management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Some supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
- Set an example for crew members and follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the crew does the same.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, and food management as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and provide great customer service.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Arrange transportation to and from work.
- Maintain store cleanliness and support local store marketing.
- Work effectively with team members and other store management.
