About The Position

The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a Company account and reports directly to the Regional Vice President. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, team leadership, and client-relations skills, while ensuring superior food quality and customer service. The General Manager oversees account financial performance and budgeting, manages staffing and other human resources functions, and works with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver high-quality food. The role also coordinates the rollout of culinary programs with the Company marketing and culinary teams.

Requirements

• Five years of foodservice operations experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, team leadership, client-relations, and customer-service skills.

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all profit-and-loss activity and budgeting for the account.
• Manage the account's day-to-day operations.
• Conduct human resources functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, the client, and other departments.
• Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
• Roll out new culinary programs in coordination with the Company marketing and culinary teams.
