About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. This role also involves taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, and utilizing computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry. The work environment involves varying temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, and working in cramped quarters. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Hand tasks require continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping pizza dough, and pinching for box assembly. The role also includes delivery responsibilities, requiring a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to carry products while walking and climbing stairs. Driving involves navigating various terrains and potentially multiple flights of stairs. The work conditions include exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries and require far and night vision for driving.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
