About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. The position also requires taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. A significant part of the role includes delivering products to customers via car, and potentially distributing marketing materials. The job requires the ability to navigate various terrains and buildings while carrying products, and to drive within a designated delivery area, potentially making multiple deliveries per shift. Team members will also be responsible for walking to and from the store and delivery vehicle, and to the customer's location, which may involve climbing multiple flights of stairs. The role also includes exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eye and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
