About The Position

Titan Factory Direct is expanding and seeking high-performing General Managers to lead their Central Texas region. This is a leadership position responsible for driving revenue, developing leaders, and executing high-level sales and operational strategy across multiple locations. The company is one of the fastest-growing manufactured housing retailers in the country, with a mission to empower their team and help families find their dream homes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in new home sales, real estate, or high-ticket sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution ability
  • Competitive, accountable, and performance-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence
  • Willingness to relocate within Central Texas

  • Manufactured housing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Develop and execute high-level sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and adjust pricing, positioning, and promotions
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Managers and teams
  • Lead from the front - coaching, mentoring, and driving accountability
  • Build a competitive, high-energy culture focused on results
  • Oversee operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and performance
  • Maintain high standards for inventory readiness, presentation, and customer experience
  • Implement structured deal reviews, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with direct reports
  • Drive consistent training, coaching, and development initiatives
  • Hold teams accountable to production goals and operational standards
  • Ensure strong follow-up systems and customer communication
  • Maintain a high standard of service from first contact through closing
