As our General Manager – Service & Solutions, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. You will bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Requirements

  • Progressive and successful leadership experience.
  • Relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, OR 7+ years of experience in a related industry.
  • Ability to execute and own an annual business plan.
  • Ability to work with a budget.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • People management skills (coaching, reinforcing, developing team).
