About The Position

Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience leading business revenue/sales performance, with hands-on experience leading teams and interacting with customers. The ideal candidate will be a leader and motivator capable of taking a team of Stylists and Front desk to high performance levels through empathy, collaboration, and accountability. They will implement structure, policies, and procedures, and be customer service oriented, always putting the customer first. The role involves identifying and problem-solving, setting expectations and goals, and delegating tasks effectively.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience leading business revenue/sales performance.
Hands-on experience leading teams and interacting with customers.
Experience in management (sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager).
Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way.
Customer Service oriented.
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
Competent trainer and motivator.
