The General Manager – International Business is responsible for developing and expanding the presence of Boar’s Head Brand products in international markets outside the United States. This role leads the company’s international commercial strategy and works closely with importers, distributors, manufacturers and key retail and foodservice partners to drive sustainable growth. The international business currently operates through select strategic partnerships and requires a leader who can continue building the foundation for long-term expansion. The GM will play a critical role in strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and navigating the operational complexities associated with bringing premium perishable food products to market. This position requires a highly relationship-oriented and entrepreneurial leader capable of operating effectively in environments where processes, infrastructure, and systems continue to evolve. Multi-lingual language skills are integral to the success of this individual and willing to travel abroad.
