About The Position

Stateside Brands is a rapidly growing spirits company dedicated to producing premium-quality beverages, including Surfside Iced Teas and Lemonades, Stateside Sodas, Super Lyte Sports Drinks, and Stateside Vodka. The company focuses on innovation and quality, taking pride in its diverse product portfolio. As the International Business Manager, this role will be a key partner to the VP of International Markets, responsible for bringing Stateside Brands’ global expansion strategy to life. Based in Philadelphia, the manager will serve as the operational and strategic backbone of the international business, supporting market launches, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving execution across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience in beverage alcohol, RTD, or broader CPG, preferably with international exposure.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and understanding how sales, marketing, and finance connect.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and drive execution independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
  • Proven commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • International experience strongly preferred; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the VP of International Markets to execute global expansion strategies and bring international plans to life.
  • Support the development and rollout of all new markets, including Canada and Caribbean regions, ensuring alignment across all functions.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for international affairs across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
  • Manage communication and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
  • Assist in building and refining international go-to-market strategies, adding detail and executional support to high-level plans.
  • Work with international brokers, distributors, importers and other partners to support market execution and performance.
  • Oversee reporting and track key performance metrics across international markets.
  • Support trade marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and drive progress across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Other duties as assigned.
