We are seeking a General Sales Manager or General Manager who is a proven automotive leader with the ability to drive sales performance, develop strong teams, and execute disciplined dealership operations. This is a key leadership role with significant opportunity for long-term growth as our organization continues to expand. The General Sales Manager / General Manager will be responsible for leading dealership sales operations while collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, team development, and operational performance. This role will oversee the sales team, finance performance, inventory strategy, and dealership sales processes, while ensuring a culture built on accountability, integrity, and results.
