About The Position

General Manager / Chef Manager – Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager / Chef Manager to lead our food program at the Fabletics campus in El Segundo. This is a unique hybrid leadership role for a hands-on culinary professional who also excels in business operations and client engagement. As the site leader, you’ll have full ownership of the operation—bringing together your passion for food, leadership, and service to create an outstanding guest experience. The operation includes a corporate café serving breakfast and lunch, a catering program supporting meetings and events, and a small coffee bar connected to the café. Peak business is Tuesday–Thursday, with lighter volume Monday & Friday.

Requirements

A proven leader with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced setting
A hands-on chef-manager who enjoys both the kitchen and operational leadership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot and adjust priorities
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years

Nice To Haves

Experience in corporate dining, catering, or similar environments preferred
Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Serve as the #1 leader on site, managing all aspects of the operation
Build and maintain a strong client relationship with Fabletics stakeholders
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Lead, develop, and support a team of 4 hourly employees
Drive the catering program, including production, logistics, and execution
Create and execute innovative, fresh menus
Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
Balance priorities in a dynamic environment (70% management / 30% culinary)
