About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager / Chef Manager to lead their food program at the Fabletics campus in El Segundo. This is a hybrid leadership role for a culinary professional with business operations and client engagement skills. The site leader will have full ownership of the operation, combining passion for food, leadership, and service to create an outstanding guest experience. The operation includes a corporate café serving breakfast and lunch, a catering program for meetings and events, and a small coffee bar. Business volume is highest Tuesday–Thursday, with lighter volume on Monday and Friday.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot and adjust priorities
Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years

Nice To Haves

Experience in corporate dining, catering, or similar environments preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the #1 leader on site, managing all aspects of the operation
Build and maintain a strong client relationship with Fabletics stakeholders
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Lead, develop, and support a team of 4 hourly employees
Drive the catering program, including production, logistics, and execution
Create and execute innovative, fresh menus
Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
Balance priorities in a dynamic environment (70% management / 30% culinary)
