About The Position
General Manager 6 – Corporate Dining (NYC Resource Role) Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a talented General Manager 6 to support our growing portfolio of prestigious corporate dining accounts throughout New York City, including exciting new account openings and business expansion opportunities. You'll have the chance to lead diverse teams, drive operational excellence, and make an immediate impact across multiple high-profile locations. This Resource Role is a unique opportunity designed for ambitious leaders looking to accelerate their careers. As a Resource Manager, you will support multiple corporate dining locations and new account openings throughout the NYC market, fill critical leadership assignments for managers who are on vacation, FMLA, workers' compensation leave, or other extended leaves of absence, gain diverse operational experience across a variety of business settings, and build a strong network within Sodexo and increase your visibility across the organization.
Requirements
- Experienced food service or hospitality leader with strong operational expertise.
- Comfortable adapting to new environments and leading teams through change.
- Passionate about client satisfaction, employee engagement, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Skilled in managing financial performance, operational excellence, and team development.
- Willing to travel throughout the NYC market as business needs require.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years minimum management experience
- 5 years minimum functional experience
