About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Atrium Health Stanly located in Albermarle, NC. This account is part of the SodexoMAGIC portfolio of business. Atrium Health Stanly is a 109-bed facility accredited by The Joint Commission, with advanced certifications in diabetes and stroke treatment, and a charter member of Levine Cancer Institute. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, deliver high-quality food service, achieve financial targets, develop client and customer relationships, create strategic plans, foster a positive environment, and ensure Sodexo standards are met.
Requirements
- Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

- Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
