About The Position

We are the Communities we serve! This account is part of the Sodexo MAGIC portfolio of business. Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Jackson West Medical Center located in Doral, FL. Jackson West Medical Center is the first academic medical center in Doral and first built-to-suit campus in Jackson Health System's network. Scheduled to open in early 2021 in west Miami-Dade, Jackson West Medical Center will combine consumer-centered inpatient and outpatient facilities with the latest surgical and medical programs at the campus’ 100-bed José Milton Memorial Hospital.

Requirements

Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
Are enthusiastic and confident

Have culinary experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
Is familiar with senior living regulations

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 years Minimum Management Experience
3 years Minimum Functional Experience

Responsibilities

Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
Provide a clean and safe environment for visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
Effectively manages the Unit Operating System
Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
