General Manager 3 - Food
About The Position
Patients are at the heart of everything we do! Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 (Food) to support all culinary operations at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, North Carolina. As part of Wake Forest Baptist Health, Lexington Medical Center (LMC) has the resources of a nationally recognized academic medical center at its doorstep, enabling the facility to offer world-class health care here, close to home. Lexington Medical Center is a not-for-profit facility licensed with 94 acute care beds. The medical center's specialty services include orthopaedic surgery, general surgery, ENT/head and neck surgery, stroke and cancer care. Our outpatient expertise includes digestive health services, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation department, a diagnostic imaging center and wound care center.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
- Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years minimum management experience
- 3 years minimum functional experience
