About The Position

Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people’s quality of life and make a positive impact. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated General Manager 3 - Food to lead the charge at a Dining Facility supporting a resident dining program located in San Jose, CA. The Ideal candidate is a seasoned manager from a resident program environment with production experience. We feed approximately 200 students per meal.

Requirements

• Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Culinary production experience
• Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years minimum management experience
• 3 years minimum functional experience
