About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Multi Service General Manager for UH Geauga Medical Center located in Chardon, OH to support both nutrition and environmental services. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

Leaders who develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping system
Expert in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships
Can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management
Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
Proficient with computers and other technology
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years Management Experience
Minimum 5 years Functional Experience

Responsibilities

Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
Have oversight of day-to-day operations
Deliver high quality food service
Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
