About The Position
Azul Hospitality is recruiting General Maintenance Staff for the pre-opening team at the AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin in Phoenix, Arizona. The dual-brand hotel is scheduled to open in Q4 2026 and will include 240 guestrooms, dining and lounge spaces, and more than 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The position is listed as full-time or part-time, with any shift, and is based at AC Element Phoenix City North. Staff members are expected to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with Azul Hospitality and property-specific grooming and uniform standards. Regular attendance, including attendance at required training sessions and meetings, is essential. Schedules may vary according to hotel business needs. Employees must comply with hotel rules and regulations; violations or irregular attendance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
