Requirements

Previous experience in a Production/Warehouse environment
Commitment to Continuous Improvement and Safety
Interest and ability to advance and take on increase responsibilities

Responsibilities

Ensures safe and efficient operation of cranes and processing equipment.
Ensures the processing equipment is operating to specifications.
Performs daily inspection on lifting equipment prior to start up.
Enters required information into the AS400 per control plan.
Ensures all necessary reports have been completed.
Identifies packaged material per sales order requirements.
Ensures non-conforming product is brought forth to the Production Supervisor for disposition.
Generates and applies finish good tags to packaged product.
Updates inventory material locations (RTS).
Maintains good housekeeping in the work area.
Take part and initiate continuous improvement efforts.
Trains new employees as required.
Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
