About The Position

Redpath Sugar, part of ASR Group, is seeking individuals for their Belleville plant, a blending and packaging operation. The plant utilizes high-speed mixing and packaging systems supported by robust safety, quality, and logistics systems. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, possess excellent communication skills, a drive for results, and the ability to identify and implement improvements both independently and collaboratively with team members at all organizational levels.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability to use hand tools.
Ability to use a digital scale with a timer.
Ability to enter weights into a computer.
Must already be legally eligible to work for Redpath Sugar Ltd. in a full-time permanent role.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment or food production environment is an asset.
Team player who is eager to learn.
Attention to detail and pride in work.

Responsibilities

Operating various types of packaging and mixing equipment.
Preparing materials and weighing ingredients for product blending.
Ensuring accurate completion of processing steps and quality requirements while operating mixing equipment.
Being part of a packaging line team operating packing, labeling, and palletizing equipment.
Completing sanitation and good housekeeping activities in the plant.
Maintaining all required sampling, documentation, and verification activities for your tasks.
Maintaining good housekeeping in your area and following Good Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety Policies.
