Requirements
- Applicants must be comfortable at heights (ladders above one storey).
- Must be prepared to provide a reference from a previous employer.
- No experience required - we hire for attitude, not skill
- Training provided.
Nice To Haves
- Labour or maintenance background
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Basic maintenance or service skills
- Construction background is an asset, but not required
Responsibilities
- Working outdoors as part of a tight-knit team
- Solving problems and thinking on your feet
- Cleaning windows and working on ladders
- Painting & staining decks
- Pressure washing
