General Laborer - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay
About The Position
JMS Turning Point Division is seeking full-time General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant near Graysville, Pennsylvania. Day- and night-shift positions are available, and training will be provided. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour, with a potential $1-per-hour raise after 90 days pending a performance review. Overtime is available. The company offers paid vacation, paid holidays, healthcare, vision and dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Schedules follow a four-days-on, three-days-off rotation, with workdays lasting 10 hours. Day shift is 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; night shift is 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. The listed rotations are Tuesday night through Saturday morning or Saturday night through Wednesday morning. Employees must be able to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be comfortable with moderate heights and tight spaces. MSHA surface training and a site tour will be provided. Applicants must pass a background check, drug and alcohol testing, and a hair follicle test.

Responsibilities
- Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris.
- Hose and shovel coal and coal dust in the preparation plant, transfer buildings, and silos.
- Perform general labor and maintenance work where needed.
