About The Position

Mullens Markings is hiring motivated and reliable Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members in New Market, Maryland. The role supports road safety and infrastructure by assisting with roadway striping, pavement marking, and traffic control. Mullens Markings provides highway, roadway, and parking lot striping services throughout Maryland and operates as part of Road Safety Services, a provider of pavement marking and traffic control services across North America. Crew members assist with applying road markings, setting up traffic control devices, operating and maintaining equipment, and performing physical outdoor work. Employees must follow company and job-site safety protocols. The schedule may shift, and the role requires availability for nights and weekends.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work nights and weekends and meet shifting schedule demands.

Nice To Haves

Class A or B CDL.
Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control.

Responsibilities

Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized striping equipment.
Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines.
Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Follow company and job-site safety protocols.
