About The Position
Mullens Markings is seeking motivated and reliable Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves hands-on work supporting road safety and infrastructure, including applying pavement markings, maintaining traffic control, operating and inspecting equipment, and performing physical labor outdoors. Employees are expected to follow company and job-site safety protocols and be available for nights, weekends, and shifting schedule demands. Mullens Markings is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company serving Maryland and an operating company of Road Safety Services (RSS).
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands.
Nice To Haves
- Class A or B CDL.
- Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control.
Responsibilities
- Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized striping equipment.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
- Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Follow company and job-site safety protocols.
