Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs.
Ability to understand and apply Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment and comply with all safety practices.
Maintain a clean work area according to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Good communication skills to communicate with co-workers and incoming/outgoing shifts.
Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment that operates 24/7/365, this includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory of boxes on packaging line.
Inspect packaging materials for defects.
Inspect final cheese product for quality.
Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Package final cheese product into totes.
