About The Position

This role involves performing general labor tasks in an industrial environment. Responsibilities include counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, accurately reading gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, and completing quality checks and administrative documents. The position also includes clean-up functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap. The job requires operating in industrial conditions which may include heat, dust, hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, or elevated working surfaces, with proper safety training and protection provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, and be eligible to work in the US. The role requires undergoing drug screens and job-related health assessments as a condition of employment, and may involve periodic drug screens. Employees must be willing to work any shift, including rotating schedules, work overtime regularly with short notice, and wear required safety equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Eligible for employment in the US
  • Willing to operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces)
  • Willing to undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
  • Willing to undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment
  • Willing to submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
  • Willing to work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
  • Willing to work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
  • Willing to wear required safety equipment
