About The Position
We’re hiring hands-on, reliable General Laborers for a food recycling plant. This role is outdoors, physical, and fast-paced — perfect for someone who likes staying busy and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. The work environment is an outdoor, smelly, wet, industrial environment where candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and PPE. This is a temp-to-hire position with strong long-term potential, great benefits once converted, and stable company with growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years manufacturing, waste management, and or recycling experience
- Mechanically inclined, quick learner
- Can work outdoors daily
- Reliable, safety-minded, team-oriented
- Must be able to pass drug and background check

- Training provided for mechanically inclined candidates
Responsibilities
- Work around industrial grinders & support machine operation
- Maintain water levels, monitor flow, clear blockages
- Perform general labor & warehouse tasks (break down boxes, organize, clean)
- Troubleshoot machines to ensure no food is stuck
- Keep work zones clean, safe, and running smoothly
