About The Position

Performs a variety of physical and general construction tasks that support project progress and completion. Executes assignments safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail, and collaborates with team members to maintain workflow and quality across site activities. Contributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environment by consistently following safety procedures and work standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow established safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Assist other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
• Inspect work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
• Communicate task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.
