About The Position
PRO Pallet LLC is seeking a motivated, reliable individual to work as an entry-level pallet sorter and general laborer at its Dover, Pennsylvania location. The role involves sorting pallets for recycling or reuse and performing general labor in a production facility. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position is full-time and pays from $11.00 per hour, with an attendance bonus.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to stand and work for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and motivation to learn.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize pallets by size, condition, and type for recycling or reuse.
- Handle and transport pallets throughout the production facility.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned and maintain an efficient work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
