About The Position

InProduction is hiring a full-time, direct-hire General Labor team member to clean and prepare rental equipment and support warehouse and yard operations. The role involves using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools; inspecting equipment for damage or excessive wear; and reporting issues to supervisors. The employee will help maintain clean, organized, safe facilities and work areas, follow safety procedures, and wear personal protective equipment as required. Basic maintenance tasks may include replacing glass and removing tape or decals. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors. The work environment includes excessive noise, moving machinery, and dust. Safety clothing and equipment may be required at times. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with overtime pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
• Ability to work overtime occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing glass and removing tape or decals.
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment properly at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly facility.
• Perform other duties as required.
