About The Position
PRO Pallet LLC is hiring an entry-level Pallet Sorter in Dover, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role suitable for individuals seeking a first job or experience in manufacturing and production. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Pay starts at $11.00 per hour, with an attendance bonus.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout an entire 8-hour shift.
- Ability to stand and work for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and motivation to learn.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize pallets by size, condition, and type for recycling or reuse.
- Handle and transport pallets throughout the production facility.
- Perform assigned general labor duties and maintain an efficient work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
