About The Position

This position is responsible for understanding and agreeing to follow safety rules, and performing various physical tasks. The role requires the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 40+ pounds, work in different environmental conditions (damp, cold, or hot), and reach above shoulder level. The job involves standing for 8-10 hours a day, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including ear protection, hair nets, and beard guards. Additionally, the role requires good hand/eye coordination and the ability to maneuver freely and climb stairs as needed.

Requirements

• 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire
• Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
