Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities

Put finished products into designated corrugated boxes following all casing protocols
Check products for proper code date information
Palletize cases according to the required pallet configuration
Operate pallet jack (either manual or electric) to move completed pallets of finished goods
Communicate with Supervisor and/or member of Quality Assurance team regarding any packaging issues
Maintain a clean work environment
Comply with GMP standards as set forth by company
In the event of downtime, work in other areas as directed by your supervisor
Follow all safety protocols
All other duties as assigned
Manually fills cases with finished product
Manually palletizes cases of finished product
Manually remove cheese from case and re-palletizing open blocks of cheese while maintaining line pace
Assist cheese cutter operator as needed
