General Labor I - Baler- 2nd Shift
About The Position
General Labor I is responsible for moving and disposing of trash and recyclable materials on the production floor at Maker's Pride facilities. The position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires teamwork, respectful and professional communication, and the ability to work across shifts and necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand. The role involves using an electric pallet jack, moving and separating recyclable materials, operating a compactor, disposing of trash, and keeping the production floor clean and free of debris. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to use an electric pallet jack.
- Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to work together and communicate respectfully and professionally in a team environment.
- Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, and across shifts.
Responsibilities
