About The Position

Effectively move and dispose of trash and recyclable materials on the production floor within Maker's Pride facilities. This role operates in a manufacturing environment and works as part of a team, communicating respectfully and professionally. Employees must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, and across shifts.
• Ability to work together and communicate respectfully and professionally in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Use an electric pallet jack.
• Move recyclable materials.
• Separate recycled materials.
• Operate the compactor.
• Move and dispose of trash.
• Maintain a clean production floor free of debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
