About The Position

Nesco Resource is hiring General Labor Associates for a growing machine shop team in Chesterfield, Michigan. The position involves cleaning and finishing parts, inspecting products, and assisting with other shop duties as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (10-hour shift) or 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (8-hour shift), with Saturday work from 6:00 AM–12:00 PM as needed. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean and deburr welded parts using an electric hand grinder.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support additional shop tasks based on production needs and experience level.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
