About The Position

This position performs various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing incubation machines, hallways, the plenum hallway, drains, and other areas throughout the facility. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor. The position is at the Dahlonega Hatchery and works the third shift. The listed pay rate is $17.30 per hour.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Physical requirements may include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
Must be willing to work in temperature extremes ranging from 65 to 99 degrees Fahrenheit and in a humid or moist environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize the inside and outside of incubation machines.
Clean and sanitize hallways, the plenum hallway, drains, and other locations throughout the facility.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by a supervisor.
